3. Estimates & Scheduling
Estimates provided over the phone, online, or before an on-site inspection are preliminary and may change once a technician has assessed the property in person. Scheduling for non-emergency services is subject to technician availability. Review

We may assist you by documenting damage and communicating with your insurer, but we do not control, guarantee, or make decisions about coverage, claim approval, or claim payment. Your insurance policy governs what is and is not covered. You remain responsible for understanding your policy and for any costs your insurer does not cover.
7. Property Access & Cooperation
You agree to provide our technicians with reasonably safe access to the property necessary to perform the Services, and to disclose known hazards (such as electrical, structural, or biological hazards) before work begins.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform Services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Review

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Restoration Experts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Site or the Services.
